Right Care, Right Place, Right Time - Leadership and Quality in Healthcare

The 16th Sláintecare Right Care Right Place Right Time webinar “Leadership and Quality in Healthcare” went live on Thursday 27th January 2022.

This webinar, in special partnership with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI), featured projects from the Diploma in Leadership and Quality in Healthcare and the CHO Collaborative.

Eight Quality Improvement projects presented across three key themes:

• Improving with others.
• Test to learn; a driver for improvement.
• Coproducing improvement with service-users.

Through a series of presentations and thought-provoking discussions, our panel of experts explained their projects, key learnings and how these varied projects are contributing to delivering Sláintecare reform across our health and social care services.

Dr. John Brennan, GP and Quality Improvement expert in RCPI, Muriel Farrell from Sláintecare, Department of Health and Alice McGinley, Head of Service, Community Healthcare Network Implementation Lead, HSE joined us for a panel discussion.
